President - Debby Francis
Debby
Francis is Vice-President of Imperial Management
and Secretary/Treasurer of Waymire, Inc. For the
past 16 years Debby's work has been in the development,
construction, and all compliance areas of property
management. Imperial Management has twice been
awarded property of the year by RD. Debby has
the STAR and C3P (Low Income Housing Tax Credit)
designations. Debby has served as President of
the Association the past 2 years.

Vice
President - Cindy Snider
Cindy
Snider is the Senior Property Manager for Biggs,
Inc. of Decatur, IN. Cindy specializes in the
management of conventional, Section 515, tax credit,
and HUD properties. Cindy has a B.S. degree from
Indiana University and an Indiana Real Estate
license. She has been with Biggs, Inc. and work
with the Section 515 program for nine years. During
that time she has earned several professional
designations including NHCP, C3P and STAR. Cindy
has served on the Board of RRHA for 5 years. Cindy
has served as Vice-President for the last 2 years
and chaired the Lease Committee.

Marie Leach
Marie
Leach is the site manager for Cloverdale Community
Housing, Inc. in Cloverdale, IN. Marie has been
with for Cloverdale Community Housing, Inc. for
7 ½ years. Cloverdale Community Housing, Inc.
is a not-for-profit organization. The property
consists of 36 elderly units. Hired as a part-time
manager, Marie quickly became full-time. Marie
has been a member of the RRHA Board of Directors
for 2 years representing the non-profits. Marie
has received the Shining STAR and Rural and Affordable
Housing Professional designations.

Mark Valenti
Mark
Valenti is Vice President of Valenti-Held Property
Management, Inc. Mark started in the multi-family
business in 1981. Mark has an Associate degree
from Indiana Unviersity. Mark has an Indiana Real
Estate Broker's license and has received the STAR,
BAM & RAHP designations. Mark has experience with
development and management of HUD, Section 515,
Section 42 LIHTC conventional multi-family and
commercial properties. Mark has been a member
of RRHA of IN for 10 years and is also a member
of CARH of OH and the Council for Affordable and
Rural Housing, Alexandria, VA.

Becky Elliott
Becky
Elliott is employed by Olympic Management,
Puyallup, WA. Becky is a multiple site manager and
area coordinator. Becky has been associated with
the housing industry for 14 years, serving as
manager for multiple types of properties,
including Section 515, HUD, Section 42 LIHTC and
Conventional. Becky's experience includes training
new managers and maintenance personnel. Becky has
the STAR, COS, C3P and C4P designations. Becky is
a 2000 member of the National Register's Who's Who
in Executives and Professionals.

Bryan McCallen
Bryan T. McCallen is Co-Owner of Trimac
Management, Inc., located in Wabash, IN.
Bryan has been active in the Development of
Rental Housing for the past 22 years.
He was successful in obtaining loans for
over $300 million of development in 11
States. He currently specializes in the
Management of 515, Section 8, Section 42
Tax Credit Properties as well as the
Development of numerous Conventional and
Commercial Properties in Indiana, Illinois
and Ohio. Bryan has a B.A. from the
University of Arkansas and an Indiana Real
Estate License. He is a designated
Shining STAR (Spectrum Training Award
Recipient), and RAM (Certified Residential
Apartment Manager through the National
Association of Home Builders). Bryan
has been on the Indiana Rural Rental Housing
Board of Director's for the past 5 years.

Steve Walters
Steve
Walters is President of Justus Property Management,
Inc. located in Nappanee, IN. Steve has been involved
with the 515 program since 1982. Steve has served
on the RRHA of IN Board of Directors since its
founding in 1983 and served four terms as President.
Steve is a CPM designee from the Institute of
Real Estate Management (IREM).
